In 2006 we were appointed to advise on the redevelopment of the Submarine Bar, and on a future expansion of the Centre. Planning permission was achieved for a 96 unit studio aparthotel, 46 No. residential apartments, 2,000m2 of offices and a further 3,000m2 of retail space, without the need to increase the carpark.
